The cleaning of slate tiles has to be carried out in a more sympathetic manner and often requires temporary scaffolding to safely access and clean the surface.

Once the cleaning has been completed a full site tidy up is carried out with all detritus bagged up and removed from site before any roof repair work is carried out. The property is thoroughly washed down to remove any residue from gutters, fascias, soffits, walls and windows.
