The contractor will have once again sheeted up any areas that need protecting from potential overspray with gutters, fascias, soffits, dormer or velux sytle windows etc all potentially needing covering.

The process starts with the roof being treated in it's entirety with a premium quality fungicidal wash to ensure that any remaining roof moss and algae spores are fully eradicated. Once dry the roof perimeter is cut in by hand to further reduce any over-spray incidence.

The whole roof is then coated by using an airless sprayer, this method of application is by far and away the best as the product will be fully absorbed in an even manner to a significant depth therefore enhancing the colour retentive characteristics and protective elements of Climashield™.

Whether a coloured or clear product is requested this is a two coat application with a heavier first coat followed by a top coat to reinforce the substantial benefits built into the chemical structure of Climashield™ roof coat.

Once the whole roof has been treated the site will be fully tidied and a customer walk around is encouraged to ensure complete client satisfaction.
